Registration: 8.30 am – 9.30 am prompt. Race Briefing: 9.15 am

Swim: 750 metres (Open Water). Wetsuit advisable.

Bike: 13 miles – flat and fast

Run: 4.0 miles – road (To the Bridge and Back)
